About Us
Mission
Luceo Insight exists to help leaders and teams thrive.
Vision
That work would be a healthy place of collaboration and mutual benefit for all.
Values
We are committed to the values of wisdom, generosity, transformation, servant leadership and excellence.

Our Difference
Luceo Insight has the tools of a big organization but the personalization of a small business. We have cross-cultural experience from living and working abroad. Our clients come from across the globe, including South America, the Middle East, the UK, and locally. We work with small-medium enterprises, non-profits, and churches. Luceo Insight is committed to meeting our clients where they are to help them grow and transform. We do this through individualized budgets and tailored plans of action.
We believe that for an organization to succeed long-term, the people who work for it must be invested, from the top leaders down to the entry-level employees. People are invested when they are valued and built up. This does not mean ignoring problem areas or underperformance, but instead, it means shining light on both the successes and failures of individuals, teams, leaders, and organizations as a whole. Then making appropriate changes based on that feedback. Luceo Insight can help leaders to see clearly so that together we can outline a plan for personal and organizational growth. Change is hard, but it is not impossible.

Giving Back
Luceo Insight seeks to honor God in our business and we believe that God blesses organizations so they may bless others in return. We desire to live that out and be generous to the communities around us.
To live out this commitment, we give back in several ways:
-
“Buy-one-give-one”: When a client engages us for a workshop, we allow that client to gift the same workshop to a non-profit organization, charity, or church. In essence, Luceo Insight gifts our services to the community around our clients. We have been inspired by TOMS founder Blake Mycoskie. In 2006 he pioneered the One for One® business model. This is subject to approval by Luceo Insight, the timing depends on our availability, and does not apply to non-profit organizations who pay a discounted rate. Speaking of which...
-
Non-profit discounts: We offer our services to non-profit organizations and churches at a significantly discounted rate. If a non-profit organization cannot afford our services, we will invite them to find a business who hires us for one of our services then offer that same service for free back to the non-profit (under our “buy-one-give-one’ philosophy).
-
10% Rule: We give 10% of our profits to non-profit organizations and projects that impact the world for good. Please ask us about some of the projects and organizations we support, we would love to tell you more about them.
